Our courses are run by top-class chef instructors and seasoned hospitality lecturers, meaning you will finish your education and training with certificates and diplomas that are highly regarded, recognized and respected anywhere in the world.
Student numbers
Our classes are small with no more than 20 students per cohort, offering personal interaction and focused attention from our instructors and tutors. Our Chef Instructors and lecturers lead practical classes, working side–by–side with students to establish teamwork which is a crucial element for success in the hospitality industry.
Practical teaching and training
We specialize in hands-on practical training to the highest standards, offering the most comprehensive programme available to students serious about a career as a chef or hotelier. Each student cooks every recipe and performs tasks they are given, with repeated opportunities to practice till perfection.
Excellent facilities
The Academy has put in place excellent training facilities and equipment which stimulate learning, and has made it a policy to continuously re-invest resources to expand and grow its facilities to world-class standards.
Competitions
We encourage our students to enter competitions, locally and internationally, as this offers experience of working under pressure, gives them an excellent opportunity to learn from others in the industry and inspire them to keep abreast with emerging trends. Competitions also offer excellent networking opportunities and act as stepping stones for many chefs and hoteliers, as well.
Free foreign language
The Academy offers free foreign languages for students enrolled on long-term courses.
