Your choice of HCA not only marks the beginning of an exciting journey in the Hotel and Culinary Arts industry, but also gives you an opportunity to meet and make new friends, prepare for a professional life, and acquire the unique skills required to excel and succeed in hospitality industry and life.

We believe that HCA provides an excellent environment to ignite and harness your God given abilities and strengths to excel in hospitality industry. As an HCA student, you must not only learn to gain knowledge, vocational skills and professional attitudes, but should also endeavor to learn to value and appreciate human differences. Regardless of whether in the Kitchen, the library, or Academy’s restaurant, we will challenge you to always strive to become the best at what you do.

Currently, most of us face a big challenge in determining what we need to pursue in life. However, the good news is that you have taken the right step in confronting this challenge by joining HCA.
